Pagi-pagi nak bagi resepi~

Assalamualaikum w.b.t..

Amacam 4th day puasa? harap semuannya okey...:)

ni sy nak bg resepi simple..

kenapa simple..sbb sy tak suke yg renyah2..banyak rempah dan sebagainye..(ckp je la sebenarnye bukan pandai sgt masak yg susah2 tu..hehe)

(plating failed:P..tapi takpe..sodap hahaha)

Ayam Bakar Simple (utk makan 2-3 org)

Bahan2nya:

Ayam - 5 ketul ayam (potong sedang2..kecik sgt nnt lekat celah gigi je:P)

halia - 1 inci 

bawang putih - 2 ulas

cili giling - 2 hingga 3 sudu besar (terpulang kalau nak pedas tambah lg)

mayonis - 2 hingga 3 sudu besar

sos tiram - 2 sudu besar

kicap manis - secukupnya (sy guna cap kipas udang..feveret..haha)

butter/marjerin - 1 1/2 sudu besar (untuk membakar)

Cara2nya:

1. Potong ayam, bersihkan dan tos.

(kalau nak buat nasi ayam boleh rebus dulu..kalau x, xpayah...)

2. Tumbuk/ketuk bawang putih dan halia. Masukkan ke dalam satu bekas dan campurkan dengan kesemua bahan2 lain tadi (cili, mayonis, sos tiram, dan kicap manis). 

3. Masukkan ayam ke dalam bahan yang telah digaul tadi. Perap dalam 2-3 jam.

4. Bakar, terpulang nak bakar dlm oven or kalau sy, panaskan non sticky frying pan..masukkan butter..biar dia mencair and apa lagi..bakar la ayam kita tu...

5. Make sure balik-balikkan ayam tu supaya masaknya elok x hangit sebelah hehe..

6. Siap untuk dihidang dan sedap dimakan panas2. Sedap nyummy!

Err...untuk berbuka petang ni nak masak ape yer?

so nasihat saya..jangan diikutkan nafsu mata..pergi membeli belah kat bazaar ramadhan tu boleh.. tapi beli yang perlu sajela..jgn satu bazaar nak diborong:P

setakat ni sy pilih memasak hidangan yang simple2 je..x larat lagi nak tawaf bazaar ramadhan..tatau la esok2 mcm mana..kot2 terasa nak makan mcm2..sy singgah la:P

i bukan perasan disini okeh..lebih2 lagi dlm keadaan sekarang yang kadang2 rajin berwangi2 bercantik bersolek..kadang memang malas pakai baju pergi kije, tapi member2 ofis tanye,

"ko nak g tengok wayang ke?"

atau

"kenapa pakai seluar macam seluar tidor ni?"

atau

"nak g pasar je gayanya?"

haaaa...
